I love: Living by the water, fabric stores, forehead kisses, nicknames (I have a ton), the CWE, oral arguments, being naked, my mom's old dresses, the Erg, dive bars, under the radar music, hosiery, telling stories, laughing hard, being a John Piper junkie, running hard in the rain, day trips, meeting new people, giving presentations, grace, makeovers, doodling, Oly lifts, looking forward to eternity with my soul mate (I miss you!), jumping around, making and creating stuff, numbers, singing, being alone in nature, planning- all sorts, going fast, being the center of attention, chasing the moon, nice sheets, flowers, brushing my teeth, dancing, getting muddy, reading - all sorts, learning new things, the secret birthmark on my stomach, being on stage, exploring Windansea in the dark, getting sweaty and awesome shoes.

I can do without: wearing shoes, sleeping alone, new money & strivers, astrology, the smell of asphalt, biopsies, being stood up, parties I'm not attending, loafers with no socks, talking about feelings, worms, hearts (the shape, not my circulatory system), unruly bangs, not knowing, allergies, picking just one, box jumps, doing nothing, duct tape residue, saying no, being average, shopping for sports bras, living far away, blisters and callouses, being a bridesmaid, sunburns, dirty surfaces, running away, fish - all sorts, being vulnerable, degenerative disks, being wet, being cold, or worse being cold and wet, and wearing panties.

Pedro: yes actually, it was a friend of a friend of a friends birthday. went out for one drink. ended up having 8, plus four shots, plus the birthday boy in my bed this morning

~ This is one of my friends. You will be introduced to the cast of characters as I have something interesting to share about each. Pedro is a female, lives in my part of town and as we recently discovered actually went to 2nd grade together! (We obviously did not keep in touch but rather met randomly almost 20 years later and discovered that connection.)

I'm finally starting a blog. Well, a real one. I had one of those diary things in college where I would post my latest crazy stories for my friends to read so I could avoid having to tell them 23.8 times.
Anyway, I guess I am joining the blogosphere rather late in the game. I have had intentions for many themes of blogs for quite a while. However, I am looking into becoming an international vagabond in the near future and hope to catalogue my journeys though some sort of writing - right now the idea is to at least keep a blog as my notes. To that end, I've started this practice blog in order to figure out the technical details of how to post and to remember how to write coherently.
I guess I will see where this blog takes me, but for now I am planning to post funny or interesting quotes, stories from my life that I feel like sharing, maybe the occasional intellectual musing, and....well........ whatever else I feel like! It's my blog!
Finally, I have not decided if I am going to keep my identity private here. Until I decide to be known publicly please do not out me if you know who I am in real life.
